Here is what others have said about the WOMAN Challenge! "This is my first year doing the challenge, and so far I've seen some results and so has my family. I've been doing a lot walking on my treadmill so I've been logging in time instead of steps. My family continues to encourage me to keep up the good work. Anyone out there who is doing this for the first time don't give up because I don't intend to. We're co-workers and we look forward to the challenge every year. We have a brown bag lunch once a week and take turns highlighting the cities where we have been and where we will be going.
